Our Warranty Coverage

Every home includes a comprehensive warranty designed to protect your investment.

1-Year Workmanship & Materials Warranty
Covers interior finishes, flooring, cabinetry, windows, doors, insulation, drywall, and exterior paint or siding.

2-Year Systems Warranty
Covers the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems installed in your home.

10-Year Structural Warranty
Covers the steel frame, container joints, roof, and load-bearing elements to guarantee long-term structural durability.

All warranties begin on the date your home is delivered and installation is completed.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

• Regular wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage not caused by a defect

• Weather-related or disaster damage

• Modifications or repairs made by third parties

• Issues resulting from poor maintenance or misuse
